Casa de Tierra partnered up with GrupoMax, an esteemed contracting firm in San Juan del Sur, to create hybrid homes in the enchanting community of El Encanto. These spacious homes will represent a new breed of building by marrying the methods of traditional earth building with conventional construction. They will feature alternative foundation systems, earthen walls, natural plasters and paints, and a streamlined use of cement and rebar.
