Casita at Playa Yankee
In October 2011, Casa de Tierra began building a casita for clients Brian and Alison on their scenic land in Playa Yankee. The small house features a rubble trench foundation, earthbag walls, natural plasters, a palm frond roof and bamboo gables, earthen floors, and a composting toilet.
