The Free High School has served hundreds of students, and as the population grows, the school aimed to grow with it. The campus have their own library, computer room, classrooms, administrative rooms and a Day Care center.

Many of these adult students have children to care for, but to meet their school commitments and satisfy their desire for knowledge, they bring their youngsters to school with them, and rock them on their knee as they listen to lectures, take notes, and participate in classroom studies. the school recognized their dedication and acknowledged the need to provide an onsite daycare facility, and so this bamboo child care center was born.

It serves as a symbol of sustainability and innovative design, featuring bamboo posts and beams, bamboo wall paneling, and creatively cut bamboo railings and wall divisions.
